Terms of Service

1. Acceptance of terms
By using PSS, you agree to these terms and acknowledge the Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, do not use PSS. You must be legally able to accept these terms, meet connected platforms' age requirements, and have authority to act for any organization whose accounts or content you manage.
2. Purpose and current capabilities
PSS supports local artwork generation, media uploads, caption preparation, drafts, video assembly and export, and reviewed image publication to supported Facebook Pages and Instagram professional accounts. It is not the PROtv streaming platform. Experimental AI outputs and animated-still video features are not guarantees of production-quality moving scenes. Supported features may change.
3. Authorized social accounts
Connect and use only accounts and Pages you are authorized to manage. Keep permissions and destination selections current, verify the intended account before approval, and do not impersonate others or bypass account restrictions.
4. Facebook and Instagram integration
Meta controls authentication, permissions, account eligibility, content processing, and platform delivery. Publishing requires your review and explicit approval. An API response, returned identifier, or PSS success label does not guarantee that everyone can see a post, that a platform will recommend it, or that it will receive any particular reach, engagement, or revenue.
5. Responsibility for content
You are responsible for prompts, uploaded media, captions, artwork, account selections, and published posts. Review accuracy, image quality, claims, disclosures, branding, and audience suitability before publishing. AI-generated material may be inaccurate, biased, similar to existing works, or unsuitable for your intended use.
6. Intellectual property and permissions
Ensure you have the necessary rights, licenses, consents, and releases for content, trademarks, music, likenesses, and other material you use. Applicable model licenses and their use restrictions also apply. PSS does not guarantee originality, exclusive rights, copyright protection, or non-infringement for generated content. These terms do not transfer ownership of your content to PSS; processing and publication occur as needed for actions you request.
7. Prohibited use
Do not use PSS for unlawful content, fraud, impersonation, harassment, exploitation, unauthorized disclosure of private information, infringement, spam, manipulation, or attempts to compromise systems or credentials. Follow applicable law, Meta policies, and model-license restrictions. Do not misuse PSS to evade moderation, permissions, or platform limits.
8. Third-party platforms and API changes
Meta and other third parties have their own terms, policies, and technical limits. Their services may change or stop working, permissions may expire, and accounts or content may be restricted or removed. PSS cannot override those decisions. You are responsible for compliance with the terms of each connected platform.
9. Availability and local operation
PSS depends on your computer, browser, storage, installed runtime, network, and any configured public callback or media hosting. No uninterrupted availability, processing time, backup service, or permanent availability of temporary tunnels is promised. Keep appropriate backups and check destination accounts after uncertain publishing outcomes before retrying.
10. Account and device security
Protect your computer and Meta accounts. Do not disclose access tokens, app credentials, or temporary authorization links. Do not expose the private Studio interface to the internet. You are responsible for reviewing access granted to PSS and for using secure hosting for public callbacks and media when required.
11. Disconnection and termination
You may stop using PSS, disconnect the Meta connection in Studio Settings, or revoke access through Meta. Disconnecting does not delete your drafts, media, exports, publishing history, or posts already on Meta. Refer to the Data Deletion Instructions for further assistance. Access to supported services may be restricted where reasonably necessary to address abuse, security risks, legal obligations, or third-party platform requirements.
12. Disclaimers
To the extent permitted by law, PSS is provided "as is" and "as available," without warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, non-infringement, or error-free operation. You remain responsible for reviewing content and confirming important publishing outcomes. Nothing in these terms excludes rights or warranties that cannot lawfully be excluded.
13. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by applicable law, PSS and its operators are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential losses, including lost profits, lost opportunities, loss of data, or reduced social distribution arising from use of PSS or third-party services. This limitation does not exclude liability that cannot legally be limited, including applicable statutory consumer rights.
14. Changes to these terms
Revised terms will be posted here with an updated date. Review them when features change. If you do not accept revised terms, stop using PSS. Material changes will be communicated where reasonably practicable.
